We're hiring a

**Virtual Assistant**
to support our President and Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure, and takes ownership of keeping priorities moving forward.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and daily priorities for the President
- Build and maintain workflows in
- Capture meeting notes, ideas, and decisions and convert them into clear action plans
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ownership so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support records management, CRM notes, and shared file organization
- Provide

**light QuickBooks Online support**(invoicing, bills, receipts, AR follow-ups)
- Draft summaries, SOPs, research, and internal documentation
- Use
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an

**Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant**supporting a business owner
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing workflows in
- Fluent English (B2+), with clear, professional written communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online (basic), and learning new systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work overlapping

**Pacific Time morning hours**:

- Based in

**Colombia**(Bogotá preferred) with a reliable home office and internet

**Compensation & Schedule**:

- Full-time,

**independent contractor**:

- **$10 USD/hour to start**, with performance-based increases
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Fully remote, with consistent overlap during Bay Area mornings
