Las Ventanas Homes Virtual Assistant Location: Remote (Outside U.S.; must be available during U.S. Mountain Time business hours) Help keep a fourth‑generation luxury home builder running smoothly, behind the scenes. Las Ventanas Homes is looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy Virtual Assistant to support our owner with marketing, organization, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks so he can stay focused on designing and building beautiful homes. Las Ventanas Homes is a family‑owned, fourth‑generation home builder based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with nearly 100 years of local history. We specialize in high‑end custom homes, design‑build projects, and casitas (ADUs) that reflect the character and lifestyle of New Mexico. We take that responsibility seriously, and we're looking for a Virtual Assistant who takes pride in supporting that mission. The Virtual Assistant will work directly with the owner to provide administrative, marketing, and organizational support. You'll help manage emails and information flow, organize digital assets, assist with proposals, and support social media and basic marketing tasks. This is a remote position that supports a business operating on U.S. Mountain Time (Albuquerque, NM). You'll need reliable internet and the ability to regularly overlap with those business hours. Key Responsibilities Organize and prioritize the owner's email inbox, flagging key messages and drafting simple responses as needed. Assist with managing to‑do lists, follow‑ups, and light calendar coordination. Prepare and format proposal documents and contract packages using an existing template. Help organize digital files, including project documents, plans, and records, into clear, logical systems. Assist with posting and scheduling content on social media platforms (e.g., project photos, updates, and announcements). Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, messages) and route important items to the owner or internal team. Help curate and organize hundreds of project photos into folders by job, style, or use case for future marketing. Support simple website‑related tasks, such as gathering content and coordinating with web/IT resources (no coding required, but some comfort with web tools is helpful). Act as a liaison between the owner and architectural/design partners by relaying information, files, and updates clearly and on time. Assist with gathering and organizing information related to new home designs, casitas, and proposals. Help maintain organized records of design revisions, notes, and key decisions. Conduct light online research as requested (vendors, materials, tools, inspiration, etc.). Assist with small process‑improvement projects, such as suggesting better ways to structure files or track tasks. Support other administrative or marketing‑related tasks as the company grows and the role evolves. Qualifications Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, marketing assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing large volumes of digital files, emails, and information. Comfortable with social media platforms (posting, basic engagement, and simple content workflows). Proficient with standard office tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint). Experience preparing professional documents and proposals is a plus. Familiarity with residential construction, architecture, design, or real estate is helpful but not required. Reliable high‑speed internet and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Strong written communication skills and professional tone in English. Ability to learn new software tools and systems (such as project management or file‑sharing platforms). Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to create order from complexity. Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and suggest improvements, not just take orders. Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information. Able to work independently while keeping the owner informed and in the loop. Consistent availability with overlap during U.S. Mountain Time business hours to collaborate in real time.
