**Job Title**:Virtual Assistant for Business Deliverables Firm - East Coast Hours, South America-Based, Reliable Internet Required**

**Description**:
We are a trusted partner to founders, investors, and businesses. Our team specializes in creating **business plans, pitch decks, financial projections, and valuations** to help businesses secure funding, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) based in South America who can work on East Coast U.S. hours. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, organized, and aligned with our mission. Reliable, high-speed internet is a must to support our remote-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage QuickBooks entries and financial documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and organize team calendars.
- Use **Asana** to track and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM's, such as HubSpot or PipeDrive
- Oversee file organization across cloud storage systems.
- Update and maintain project outlines and client deliverables.
- Create and format professional documents, such as one-page business letters, summaries, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a business services or professional firm.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to draft polished and professional documents.
- Proficient in tools like **QuickBooks, Asana, and Google Workspace**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology, including remote desktop tools and automation platforms (familiarity with **Zapier** is a plus).
- ** Must be based in South America and available during East Coast U.S. business hours.**:
