**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Light Bookkeeping: Track expenses and manage finances for our real estate and other ventures.
- Social Media Magic: Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok for our record label.
- Music Promotion: Submit songs to playlisters and manage those submissions.
- Admin Tasks: Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- CRM Management: Use Go High Level (GHL) to handle contacts, leads, and client communications.
- Always Learning: Ready to tackle new challenges as they pop up What We Need:

- Experience: At least 1 year as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Bookkeeping Basics: You know your way around numbers.
- Social Media Savvy: You’re a pro on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Communicative: You’re great with words, written and spoken.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Ready to learn and grow.
- Integrity: You handle confidential info with care.
- CRM Skills: Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) is a must. -Automation Knowledge: Understanding of automation processes.
- ZoomInfo Experience: Familiarity with ZoomInfo.
- Fluent English: Excellent command of the English language.
- TikTok Trends: Up-to-date with the latest industry trends on TikTok.
- US Hours: Willing to work US hours, with a preference for Eastern Time Zone.

- Music Industry Know-How: Experience with record labels or music submissions.
- QuickBooks Wizardry: Familiar with bookkeeping software.
