Your role in Baxter

Administrar y gestionar el proceso de ventas en las instituciones asignadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas e indicadores de rentabilidad, venta y recaudo, generando relaciones de largo plazo que permitan la sostenibilidad y crecimiento del negocio asignado, porque " aqui es donde " podemos hacer la diferencia.

Your team

El equipo de Key Account Executives en el país, tiene un excelente clima de trabajo, orientado hacia el logro de objetivos de alta calidad. Este equipo humano es el encargado de gestionar el proceso de ventas para asegurar el cumplimiento del nivel de rentabilidad definida, cuota de venta asignada y recaudo de los clientes a cargo, lo cual apoya nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas .

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Obtener crecimiento en ventas y rentabilidad a través de la implementación de las estrategias de la compañía.

  • Realizar la gestión de cobro para mantener una cartera que cumpla con los indicadores definidos por la organización.

  • Ejecutar estrategias de Mercadeo con un excelente trabajo en equipo con el área comercial y áreas de soporte.

  • Realizar seguimiento detallado de la rotación de las marcas en los clientes y acciones de la competencia.

  • Realizar monitoreo constante a los indicadores de ventas, productividad, PVM y DSO y otros definidos por la organización.

  • Presentación adecuada y oportuna de informes y reportes a su líder y áreas de soporte.

  • Atender oportunamente las licitaciones públicas e invitaciones privadas de los clientes de la zona.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía en negociaciones, relacionamiento con terceros y procesos de la organización garantizando en cumplimiento del código ética y cumplimiento.

  • Promover la alineación entre el equipo comercial para implementar la estrategia de la compañía.

  • Asegurar la actualización periódica de los contratos de tecnología con clientes y monitorear los niveles de productividad.

  • Realizar el proceso de negociación cumpliendo con todos los entregables (documentación y aprobaciones) requeridos.

  • Velar por el adecuado y racional uso de los recursos de la compañía.

  • Actualizarse y entrenarse en los temas definidos por la organización para desempeñar su función.

Lo que aportarás:

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas o áreas de la salud.

  • Experiencia comercial de 3 a 5 años en el sector farmacéutico, laboratorios o salud.

  • Inglés intermedio.

  • Residir en Medellín.
