**SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER PSP**
**Misión**
**El Sales Operations Manager es responsable de definir, implementar, medir y mejorar el proceso de ventas y Go2Market de la nueva unidad de negocio de PSP/Canales/Adquirencia, lidera el dimensionamiento y segmentación de mercado, asegura la implementación de la estrategia de ventas, la medición y mejoras de indicadores de desempeño (KPI's), y la adherencia y mejoras de nuestro CRM. Su misión es ser el principal aliado del VP de Ventas de la línea de negocio, eliminando obstáculos, estructurando y promoviendo el crecimiento de la línea de negocios. Lidera para la línea de negocio la definición del modelo compensación, definición de metas, y alineación de territorios.**
**Funciones Principales**
- Responsable de definir y asegurar la implementación del GoToMarket (Field Operations) en interlock con nuestros principales stakeholders como Merchant Services, Riergos, Market Development, Finanzas, FinOps, Pricing, Legal, Prevente y Soporte de Producto
- Hace definición y mejora de los procesos de ventas para la línea de negocios en pro de una mejor eficienciaen todas las etapas del ciclo de ventas.
- Remover los obstáculos que el equipo de ventas pueda tener durante las etapas de oferta, negociación, KYC, riesgos, integración, salida a producción y soporte a comercios en producción
- Lidera y acciona el dimensionamiento, segmentación y prospección del mercado de PSP y Canales, en cooperación con el área de Business Intelligence, Ventas, Market Development y Sales Engineering
**Requisitos**
**Pregrado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Posgrado o Maestría en Negocios, Administración, Economía, Informática y Ciencias de la Información o afines.**
- +8 años de experiência en áreas de Sales Operations, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, o adyacentes
- Experiência a nível regional (Latinoamérica)
- Experiência laboral conformando y liderando equipos
- Capacidad para trabajar en una operación dinámica y de alto ritmo
