As a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of student advisors in Colombia and LATAM.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead and inspire a team of student advisors, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve monthly targets.-
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.-
**Sales Strategy and Targets**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companys goals.-
- Establish and monitor monthly targets for the sales team, ensuring individual and collective success.-
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with various departments, including customer experience, student visa, operations, and admissions, to ensure seamless processes and exceptional service delivery.-
- Provide support to directors and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.-
**Routine Implementation**:
- Implement weekly routines to enhance team productivity, discipline, and overall performance.-
- Devise and implement reporting structures to track progress and key performance indicators.-
**Remote Team Management**:
- Effectively manage a remote team, implementing routines to maintain high levels of engagement and performance.-
- Develop and utilize technology tools for efficient communication and collaboration.-
**Discipline and Reporting**:
- Instill a strong focus on discipline within the team to meet and exceed sales targets.-
- Create and analyze regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.-
**Strategic Support**:
- Support the directors in executing company-wide strategies and initiatives.-
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall company performance.-
**Language and Experience Requirements**:
- Possess advanced English language proficiency.-
- Demonstrated experience in the international student recruitment industry and a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams.
