- What you will be doing
- The Sales Operations Jr. Analyst provides operational support to our Regional Sales Team in order to support the overall sales strategy, expansion and profitability objectives. Supports sales activities as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales Operations Manager to provide trend analysis and industry focus
- Sales and performance analytics reporting
- Work with Sales Operations Manager to maximize system usage and capability
- Assist with CRM maintenance and identify areas of improvement
- Provide technical and analytical assistance to the sales team as needed
- Facilitates the completion of RFI documents and ensures correct and timely submission
- Coordinates monthly calls to support various Business Development projects
- Support QBR administrational needs and possibly in attendance
- Build and report monthly sales pipeline
- Work closely with Sales Managers to address CDA issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of CDA review
- Maintains current database of all contracts, CDAs and other contractual documents
- Performs related duties as assigned
- May be required to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
What your background should look like
Requires education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program.
- Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; experience in research across a broad range of industries, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
- Excellent integration, implementation and management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
- Professionalism
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationships with others
- Positive attitude
