Position: Tire Support Specialist
Presencial en Murano Plaza, Envigado
Horario: Se labora de Lunes a Sábado (Domingos OFF) - 9:00 am a 6:30 pm
Fecha de Inicio: 7/Octubre/2024

Job Description: As a Tire Support Specialist, you will be taking incoming calls from consumers and assisting with post purchase questions or needs. In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
  2. Respond to questions and provide information while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  3. Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  4. Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
  5. Provide insight and support with upcoming steps and stages with reference tools and information.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 6-12 months of Customer Service experience.
  2. Energy and Enthusiasm.
  3. Consistent employment history.
  4. An interest to be the best Eager to be successful.
  5. Technically savvy is a MUST Knows how to use current technology.
  6. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Spanish language is a PLUS
  8. Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar.
