Product Support Specialist

Podium is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to maximize their value from our platform.
Your primary focus will be on delivering a human-first experience through voice and written interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries. You will become an expert in our products, both at a technical and customer use-case level, and will look for opportunities to help customers work smarter and delight them.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to customers through voice and written interactions
- Become an expert in our products and help customers maximize their value
- Look for opportunities to help customers work smarter and delight them
- Collaborate with other departments to increase customer engagement and retention
- 2-3 years of experience in providing SaaS customer support
- Demonstrated background of providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products
- Experience building best practices geared towards support quality and efficiencies
- Ability to balance working independently and through ambiguity
- Multiple examples of prioritizing for highest impact/value work
