Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Podium's products and services to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer support capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in software support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Geographic location in Medellín, Colombia, with a commitment to work onsite at our office.
