Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Easygenerator. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our users receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including chats, emails, and calls.
  • Share best practices and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Register and respond to customer feedback, complaints, and requests for assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, marketing, and testers, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and serve as the voice of the customer within our team.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with customers.
  • General computer skills and knowledge of online software products and services (SaaS).
  • Positive and passionate attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
