El Commercial Execution Lead se encarga de liderar la ejecución de los planes de trade marketing, asegurando la correcta implementación y efectividad de las estrategias promocionales. Sus responsabilidades incluyen la gestión y coordinación del equipo de Ejecución, optimizando los procesos y asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos establecidos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinación y Ejecución: Asegurar la correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de las metas de ventas en todos los canales.
  • Gestión del Servicio: Mantener el más alto nivel de servicio por parte del proveedor externo, garantizando una experiencia óptima para los clientes.
  • Comunicación: Actuar como enlace entre el equipo de Haleon y el proveedor externo, facilitando la comunicación y asegurando la alineación de estrategias.
  • Relaciones de Trabajo: Fomentar y mantener un buen manejo del relacionamiento entre ambas partes.
  • Propuesta y Análisis de Recursos: Desarrollar propuestas y realizar análisis de recursos para optimizar el desempeño.
  • Seguimiento del Servicio General: Monitorear la ejecución, identificar oportunidades y realizar ciclos de seguimiento.
  • Plan de Desarrollo de Información: Crear y ejecutar planes para el desarrollo y la gestión de información.
  • Servicio de Entrenamiento: Asegurar que el entrenamiento para el equipo se realice mensualmente.
  • Seguimiento de Proyectos: Gestionar y supervisar el avance de los proyectos generados.
  • Mantenerse en constante actualización sobre patologías, condiciones, productos y competencia.
  • Control y seguimiento presupuesto.

Tus calificaciones:

  • Profesional Graduado universitario en ciencias administrativas y/o ciencias de la salud. Postgrado en el área comercial o MBA es recomendado.
  • Experiencia en el área comercial, especialmente en canal de droguerías es un plus.
  • Liderazgo en negociación y manejo de equipos.
  • Fuerte conocimiento técnico comercial.
  • Agilidad de aprendizaje y adaptabilidad.
