This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be the leading figure for Pragmatic Play for clients within the iGaming space;
  2. Develop and nurture senior management level relationships with the clients and understand their business strategy to support & monetize in the correct manner;
  3. Understand and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative and partnered way;
  4. Be a Product Expert on both current and future Pragmatic offerings, talking with confidence and passion about our wide range of solutions;
  5. Identify new business targets through research, existing relationships, targeted contact, or formal introductions, and move the customer through the sales cycle;
  6. Create and manage the sales pipeline through focused activity alongside Head of Business Development, coordinating internal teams to assist in converting a lead to a customer;
  7. Create profitable commercials based on the business needs and our customers’ requirements;
  8. Report back to the business on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle;
  9. Attend trade shows, events, and conferences where required;
  10. Complete demonstrations of our product solutions either remotely or face-to-face to clients and develop specific initiatives to win more new business;
  11. Grow the markets in multiple jurisdictions and advise on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  1. You will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in iGaming and sales experience in either the online B2B industry in sales or account management, or a commercial B2C role;
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  3. Be numbers focused and driven on financial performance;
  4. Be able to negotiate with customers to the benefit of our business;
  5. Large network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector;
  6. In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products and legislation;
  7. Have created and implemented sales strategies either regionally or globally.
