• Incentivar y apoyar la venta y promoción de los servicios de la compañía, nuevos y en proceso de liberación del portafolio.

• Participar activamente con los gerentes de venta en la confección de planes de relacionamiento, Forecast, números de venta de servicios, incentivar la venta de nuevos servicios Cloud, seguridad, redes OT de la compañía para hacer crecer el pipeline de toda la línea de servicios del portafolio.

• Generar reuniones, gestión y explotación de cartera comercial a desarrollar (leads), representación comercial.

• Participar de las acciones comerciales dirigidas a promover la apertura de negocio desde el área, ayudando en el diseño y ejecución táctica del Plan de Desarrollo de Nuevo Negocio para servicios Logicalis.

• Realización del ciclo de venta completo: concertación de visitas a través de cold-call, detección de necesidades del cliente, presentación de servicios.

• Apoyar el Cumplimiento de los objetivos de visitas asignados en el Plan de Trabajo de Servicios para las cuentas como medio de consecución del objetivo de resultados de ventas asociados a servicios gestionados.

• Definición de soluciones de soporte y gestión de servicios de tecnología para los clientes.

• Replicación de servicios de Logicalis Latam en la operación local.

• Diseño de estrategia para impulsar la venta de servicios Logicalis.

• Desarrollo del portafolio de servicios Logicalis con prioridad sobre los servicios de Managed Services de Seguridad, Cloud y Data.

• Trabajo conjunto con el equipo de tecnología para venta de servicios sobre la estrategia de portafolio de Logicalis.

• Comprensión y validación de requerimientos con clientes (reuniones, RFPs, RFIs, Avisos, etc.).

Qualificações

• Experiencia en diseño y venta de proyectos de servicios relacionados con implementación, soporte, mantenimiento de tecnologías de red, seguridad, colaboración, datacenter. (Enfoque en servicios gestionados).

• Experiencia en el modelamiento y venta de servicios (ej Mesas de ayuda, torres de servicio, servicios gestionados y de monitoreo).

• Experiencia en gestión de métricas/indicadores para renovación de contratos de servicio.

• Experiencia en modelamiento financiero de propuesta “as-a.service”, conociendo las modalidades de compras CAPEX y OPEX, como también sabiendo presentar un análisis de ROI.

• Abordaje emprendedor de negocios y capacidad de establecer una visión holística del negocio.

• Conocimiento de la operación de NOC, SOC y sus procesos.

• Persona proactiva en la aportación de soluciones y autónoma en la resolución de problemas. Dotada de empatía y habilidad para las relaciones interpersonales, tanto con su equipo de trabajo como con los clientes internos y externos.

• Facilidad para integrarse en un equipo de trabajo con el que ha de compartir responsabilidades, y para colaborar en entornos de gran actividad.
