Ecommerce Performance Account Manager

Onda is a full-stack D2C growth firm that provides premium talent and support to e-commerce business owners. As an Ecommerce Performance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing account plans to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and profitability
  2. Lead biweekly calls with clients to present plans and insights
  3. Identify and upsell Onda services based on client needs
  4. Manage talent teams to ensure client needs are supported
  5. Utilize reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements:
  1. Experience in performance e-commerce
  2. Proficiency in e-commerce software, with Shopify experience a plus
  3. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management
  4. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and sales principles
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
Additional Information:
  1. Fully remote 1099 contractor position
  2. Flexible hours with availability for client communication during business hours
