About the Client: Our client provides affordable, reliable solar solutions for homeowners and businesses in Southern California. Founded in 1974, they have remained resilient in the ever-changing solar industry. Additionally, they offer complete Site Services support for construction projects and operating facilities of all sizes. By streamlining service provision, project teams can focus on their work without distractions.

Why does this role exist? The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our client's business by engaging potential buyers through outbound outreach and converting them into satisfied customers. This involves a comprehensive approach from initial contact to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.

The Impact you’ll make:

  • Increase revenue by converting potential buyers into customers.
  • Improve customer experience with effective calls, proposals, and smooth onboarding.
  • Build strong client relationships through great service and regular communication.
  • Support sustainability by promoting the client's eco-friendly solutions.

Your Tasks:

  • Become an expert on the client’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively position offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Engage potential buyers through outbound calls as part of a B2C campaign.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Schedule meetings with the internal sales team to advance the sales process.
  • Conduct initial discovery and scoping calls with prospects to understand their needs and align solutions.
  • Create tailored proposals and facilitate negotiations to close deals.
  • Lead client onboarding calls with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
  • Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records to track interactions and progress with prospects and clients.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2C or B2B cold calling campaigns.
  • Experience in discovery calls, scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or near-native American accent.
  • Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles.
  • Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.
    • At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet.
    • Working noise-canceling headset.
    • Working camera.

  • Rate: starting at $5/hour, up to $8.
  • Incentives: up to $100 per closed deal.
  • Probationary period:
    • High attendance expectations during the first two weeks.
    • Strict probationary policy: any absences, tardiness, or attendance issues will result in withholding pay.
    • Exceptional attendance is crucial; failure will lead to removal from the position.
