We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Experience Team Member (ETM) role at The Scion Group. This exciting opportunity combines marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment.
As a Business Development Representative, you will thrive on interacting with customers, providing community and amenity tours, and executing sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management. Your exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with a strong work ethic, will enable you to provide top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize interactions and communication with customers to provide exceptional community and amenity tours.
- Provide valuable feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to the management team to drive business growth.
- Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers and promote the community.
- Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market, and policy knowledge to make informed decisions and provide accurate information to customers.
- Log, file, and retrieve customer packages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to create a positive and productive work environment.

- Able to work effectively in a frequently changing environment, adapting to new situations and challenges with ease.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Reliable and self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Available to work during summer, holidays, and Turn periods, including flexible scheduling as needed.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
