This is an entry-level position with potential for rapid growth into other sales roles.

**Resposibilities**:

- Making outbound cold calls using a power dialer.
- Identifying potential clients and transferring interested leads to Inside Sales Representatives.
- Following scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Meeting or exceeding targets related to the number of calls made and leads transferred.
- Being reliable and showing up on time every day.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,537,935 - $4,897,850 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
