**Nassau National Cable** is an e-commerce company. 0We're looking for a **Senior Business Development Representative** to join our company.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and creating potential sales opportunities for the company. The primary goal of a Lead Generator is to generate interest in a company's products or services and gather information about potential customers who may be interested in making a purchase or learning more about the offerings.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- Salary: 1200 USD - 1500 USD (Negotiable) + Commissions.
- English required: C1 +
- Experience: 5 - years (Not a dealbreaker).
- US Holidays OFF.
- **ENGLISH CURRICULUM IT'S A MUST.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducts research and mapping of the market to identify areas of growth and focus for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Tracks and provides feedback on lead-sourcing activities.
- Cultivates good relationships and follow-up activities with client prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Handle inbound leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize market research to develop data-driven strategies.
- Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
- Bringing an existing contacts database to plug in more projects for the company (not a deal breaker)

**Requirements and skills**:

- Prior proven experience working in Sales environments and Project Management.
- Team management and Building Experience.
- Entrepreneurial Tendencies
- Ability to work and lead Teams
- A good leadership attitude will be required.
- A charismatic, respectful, and friendly attitude is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the sale.
- An aggressive sales personality is needed.
- Interpersonal, High persuasion, and strong time management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
- English required: C1 or higher. Fluent English skills are a prerequisite and non-negotiable
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and responsibility
- Ideal qualities: creative, hardworking, collaborative, and enthusiastic.

**Salary**: $3 - $4 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
