Job Description: As an Executive Administrative Liaison, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our company. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling client estimates, managing CRM, assisting the sales team, maintaining the company calendar, handling text messages, and other administrative tasks. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication between departments.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
