Digital Advertising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to join our team in driving sales initiatives for CPC campaigns and expanding our client base across India and international markets.
About the RoleThis is a key role in our Colombia CTN RnD vertical, requiring 2-4 years of experience in the AdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have strong digital advertising knowledge, sales and negotiation skills, and proficiency in data analysis.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive CPC campaigns and generate CPC demand for Colombia.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India & international market to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Digital Advertising Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPC models, ad placement, and performance metrics to effectively sell ad space and solutions to clients.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch advertising solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Skill in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to recommend optimization strategies to clients and boost ad effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in selling CPC campaigns or generating CPC demand in the AdTech industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, trends, and metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Rupee 800000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
