The RoleWe seek an entrepreneurial-minded Paid Media Specialist to join our Advertising Department in Colombia. This role requires expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive campaigns and strategies using digital advertising platforms.
- Create target audiences to enhance targeting precision and ensure cost-effectiveness of advertisements.
- Conduct continuous analysis and optimizations of campaigns, plans, and budgets to achieve client goals.
- Create engaging reports and dashboards to communicate the value of marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation of high-performing digital assets that drive conversions and audience interaction.
- Manage advertising budgets and oversee tasks such as ad creative design and landing page creation.
- Between 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Expert-level knowledge of innovative digital advertising tactics and strategies.
- Passion for creating evidence-based strategies and proficiency in pixel integration on major advertising platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with resourcefulness and a proactive attitude.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (nice to have).
