Job Description

This role focuses on driving business growth through data-driven strategies and innovative approaches in paid social advertising. The successful candidate will develop and execute campaigns that achieve outstanding results while fostering collaboration and expertise within the team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities and benefits such as medical bonus, 15 PTO days per year, flexible work environment, employee assistance program, and unlimited growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-performing paid social advertising strategies for key clients.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, mentoring junior talent and contributing to department growth and development.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, preferably with a focus on paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other emerging social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
