Job Overview

This is a remote position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Charlotte Time.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000.

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Maintain customer accounts by recording vital information, ensuring customers understand the benefits of their memberships.
  • Communication and Support: Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, manage emails, web chats, tickets, and phone calls, providing clear communication as needed.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address complaints by identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and following up to ensure resolution for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Account Changes and Processing: Process cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, and chargebacks in a timely manner, handle requests according to company policies, and persuade customers to reconsider cancelations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a voice support role or similar.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple channels of communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
