Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team in Colombia. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and upgrading our TIA solution, providing technical services to our customers worldwide, and ensuring customer adherence to our standard business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new functionalities and fix defects in our TIA solution.
  • Develop new solutions and optimize performance.
  • Conduct technical analysis, summarize findings, and present technical solution designs.
  • Participate in technical product and skills workshops, and lead technical workshops as needed.
  • Review requirements and technical design, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sapiens policies.
  • Contribute to requirements documents, validate requirements, and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Prepare technical design and configuration documents, and conduct technical trainings.
  • Build solutions based on our TIA core functionality and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, leads, managers, analysis, and testing teams.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, and contribute to our TIA implementation templates and frameworks.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Oracle PLSQL developer or 2+ years of experience with TIA solution.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing technical solutions and changes.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical advice.
  • Analytical skills, and knowledge of agile scrum methodology (optional).
