Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to clients regarding the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their security requirements, execute proof of concept, and provide expert recommendations on electronic security solutions.
- System Design: Develop detailed designs for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and their staff on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system designs and specifications requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure all security solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implementation: Advise and support the installation and configuration of security systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
- Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced), Portuguese (plus)
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in designing and implementing security systems to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Customer-Focused: Dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
- Adaptability: Able to stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry trends.
