Join our team of innovators who are passionate about harnessing the power of technology to drive business success. As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering professional services to our customers, exceeding their expectations, and driving growth.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to technical and customer-focused positions, delivering high-quality services that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Provide technical support for CSGi's software and hardware-based solutions, ensuring seamless incident management.
  • Maintain close interaction with our teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Install and commission customer solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in Technical Troubleshooting, Customer Support Interaction with Mobile Operators, and experience with MySQL, Oracle, Linux, and scripting languages.
  • Proficient in English in a business environment.
