About the Role
We seek a Customer Service Team member to provide direct support to internal and external customers through phone, chat, and tickets. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inquiries and facilitating transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using services.
- Answer tickets and chats.
- Solve requirements and requests assigned and received.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-month experience in customer service and customer care.
- Minimum high school or technical studies (2 semesters) or related careers professional requirements.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (desirable) knowledge in e-commerce or banking.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
