As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inquiries and facilitating transactions through phone, chat, and tickets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions or alternatives.
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using services.
- Answering tickets and chats.
- Solving requirements and requests assigned and received.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Researching, identifying, and resolving customer complaints using applicable software.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Completing call logs and reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service and customer care.
- A minimum high school or technical studies (2 semesters) or related careers professional requirements.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (desirable) knowledge in e-commerce or banking.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
At PayU, we offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
