In this role, you will engage in comprehensive financial tasks, transactions, and data organization under the supervision of the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include data collection, ensuring the integrity of information, monitoring reconciliations, and performing essential checks and controls.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Implement elements of financial planning and performance management processes, including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for specific scopes within a region, business unit, or corporate finance team. You will also manage data collection and integrity verification.
  • Foster a robust controls and compliance environment within your area of responsibility, ensuring adherence to our policies.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as directed by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and improving operational practices while embracing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, investing in both your personal development and that of your Finance colleagues.

  • TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY in financial analysis and data organization.
  • BUSINESS INSIGHT and a foundational understanding of our operations, the consumer packaged goods sector, and the local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional or significant local business is preferred.
  • LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES, including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. A team player with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • A GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET, capable of identifying opportunities and utilizing technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.

Additional Information

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance roles, particularly in FP&A.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ideally, experience in mass consumption or related industries.
