Assist in enhancing key financial partnerships by identifying and pursuing improvement opportunities, ensuring the effective formulation and implementation of action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and act upon identified finance enhancement opportunities:
Collaborate with the Finance LAM strategy by overseeing and prioritizing improvement initiatives across various teams. Propel the established 'drumbeat' by organizing pertinent meetings and calls, ensuring systematic follow-up on action items and critical topics. Aid in the synchronization of various meetings within the operational framework and prepare necessary content as required. Aggregate and monitor open actions to promote enhancement. Diligently track the progress of action plans, assisting teams with issues, decisions, and suggested future actions. Support budget oversight, business case development, cost/benefit analysis, and analytics as needed. Proactively cultivate a network throughout the organization to ensure team connectivity for successful outcomes.Support for functional teams within LAM Finance:
Guide stakeholders in executing the LAM Finance action plan by establishing objectives, creating detailed plans, and defining clear deadlines and actionable commitments. Provide constructive feedback to action plan leaders to ensure high-quality and timely execution.Key Relationships:
