Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Facilitate essential finance partnerships by gathering and monitoring enhancement prospects, ensuring the formulation and implementation of the action strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and act on identified finance enhancement prospects:

  • Support the Finance LAM strategy by orchestrating and overseeing the prioritization of enhancement opportunities across various teams.
  • Steer the established 'drumbeat' by organizing pertinent meetings/calls, ensuring systematic follow-up on action items and critical subjects.
  • Assist in synchronizing the various meetings within the operational rhythm and prepare materials, if necessary, for them.
  • Aggregate and monitor open actions to promote enhancements.
  • Meticulously track action plan advancement, and assist teams with issues, decisions, and suggested future actions.
  • Assist in budget oversight, business case modeling, cost/return evaluations, and analytics (as required).
  • Proactively manage a network throughout the organization to ensure connectivity between teams for successful outcomes.

Support to functional teams of LAM Finance:

  • Guide stakeholders in executing the LAM Finance action strategy by establishing objectives, crafting detailed plans, defining clear deadlines, and actionable commitments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to action plan leaders to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
