This position will have a significant impact on our organization, with approximate annual sales of 100M CHF. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial impacts, risk assessment, and scenario building to support the organization in achieving its financial objectives and driving solid business growth within a compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Custodian: Develop and support the achievement of financial goals, as well as the allocation and management of resources, to create value with a customer and portfolio focus.
- Commercial Finance Strategic Partner: Develop the negotiation financial framework for business decisions, as a core member of the assigned segment of customers, forming an integral part of the customer's self-managed team, co-creating business growth and profitability initiatives, while monitoring quarterly reviews of financial indicators such as sales growth, profitability performance, DSO, to ensure financial efficiency of customers.
- Contract and Tariff Negotiations: Actively participate in contract and tariff negotiations, annual price increases for assigned customers, negotiation strategy definition, and face-to-face customer meetings as needed.
- Financial Governance: Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, Symphony guidelines, and the Commercial and Pricing Policy.
- Operational Management: Monitor the effectiveness of the operational management of logistics operators.
- Financial Controller: Act as controller of the POC+DC line.
- University degree in Finance, business administration, economics, or related professions.
- Master's degree in finance (preferred).
- Scrum Master (preferred).
- Experience in Commercial Finance/Controlling is essential (5 years).
- Specialist knowledge: Advance in Office and Google Suite, Advance in use of SAP or other ERP, Financial Planning Tools.
- Experience in Finance Business Partner is essential (Commercial Finance).
- Fluent in English for global/regional communications.
