">Job Summary
">The Territory Manager, Surgical Oncology role is responsible for sales promotion and service of Oncology products within an assigned geographic territory in San Francisco. This individual will develop and maintain key physician and hospital contacts, consistently achieve and/or exceed individual sales goals using persuasive communication and effective selling skills.

- Sales Promotion and Service: Responsible for promoting and servicing Oncology products within assigned territory">
- Key Physician and Hospital Contacts: Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and hospitals to achieve corporate objectives">
- Individual Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets using effective selling skills">
- Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory through sales activities such as territory analysis, prospecting, growing and maintaining existing accounts, and trials/evaluations">
- Business Climate Awareness: Maintain awareness of business climate and industry trends to implement successful sales strategies">
- Quarterly Business Plans: Develop quarterly business plans with identified key account targets for each main product category">
- Customer Service Orientation: Ensure superior customer service orientation with each account">
- Professionalism: Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times">
- Sales Organization Support: Provide ongoing information to Sales Management and Marketing on competitive activities and product introductions">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study">
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office">
- Proven track record of sales success">
- Self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills">
- Strong organizational and communication skills">
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports">
- Valid driver's license">
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
