Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the construction industry? We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Brock11, a global formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to manage our territory sales efforts in the San Francisco Bay area, Napa, Alameda, San Mateo, and Delano regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with contractors and distributors, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and partners
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- 3+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of sales success and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
