Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients and promoting our must-have products within the Spend Management space.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to progress your career toward full end-to-end sales, developing skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize outbound sales skills to leverage multiple communication methods, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, and more.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for a highly valuable product that helps them save time and money on software renewals.
- Work closely with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine and develop your sales skills.
- Help refine our messaging to ensure success.
You Will Succeed If:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- You possess high proficiency in English (C2 level).
- You have experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- You have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- You are empathetic, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have high emotional intelligence.
- You are self-motivated and proactive in managing your time.
- You can handle rejection.
- You are resourceful and always looking for new ways to open doors.
- You are coachable and eager to learn.
- You maintain a positive outlook.
