The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engagement Manager who can drive strategic growth and development across our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

Coupa offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO policy.
