Position Overview: As a Growth Manager at HighScale, you will be at the forefront of our mission to propel the agency's growth trajectory. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will drive strategic initiatives to acquire new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of HighScale.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients and expand HighScale's market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Lead client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the agency's overall growth and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar strategic business development role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster client connections.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business growth targets.
