About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp Inc. As a key member of our Customer Support & Project Coordinator team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to clients from around the globe.
What You Will Do
- Provide professional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Ensure seamless communication across platforms and with vendors
- BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND COLLEAGUES
- Meet team KPIs and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate effectively with developers and other departments
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Experience in customer service
- Project management skills
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
