About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, ensure seamless platform operations, and collaborate with developers and other departments. If you have excellent English skills, proficiency in Zendesk, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Keep platforms running smoothly across vendors
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Meet team KPIs while staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Safely handle customers' sensitive information

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Zendesk
  • Experience in customer service and project management
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
