Customer Experience Advocate in a Global Digital Environment

As a Customer Experience Advocate at Digital Customer Care Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' customers receive exceptional service and support.
Job Description- Responsible for providing high-quality customer service via various communication channels, including live chat, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Proactively greet website visitors, answer questions, and help them find the right information.
- Work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service.
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level) with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing great customer experience.
- A customer-centric approach with empathy and understanding of customers' problems.
- Great listening skills to turn customers' feedback into product improvement suggestions.
- Adaptability and eagerness to develop new skills with a proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and work towards a monthly goal.
We offer a competitive salary of 2,350,000 COP gross per month worked (based on 40 hours per week), plus a bonus scheme for the quality of your work (after two months of service). You will also receive a 50% hourly fee increase when working between midnight and 6 am (night shifts).
