Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GSB Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site IT Support: Provide expert technical support for our clients' IT infrastructure, including inventory management, device administration, and maintenance.
  • IMAC and Break-Fix Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot devices and software to ensure seamless operation.
  • Support in Meeting Rooms: Offer intelligent technical support for devices in conference rooms to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing, installing, and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with remote and on-site support teams.
  • Service Now Tool: Extensive experience with the Service Now tool for registration, management, and reporting of incidents.
  • Language Skills: Mastery of the English language, with conversational and written skills.
