Position Summary

We provide a comprehensive learning and development program designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills in the hospitality sector.

As a Hospitality Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conducting local surveys with customers, community members, employees, and external partners.
  • Assisting in the accurate recording of invoices into Daily Reports and ensuring daily reconciliation with the system.
  • Partnering with accounting managers and bookkeepers to prepare and analyze invoices for corporate accounts payable at month-end.
  • Monitoring expenses against budget variances and reporting findings to the location manager and accounting office.
  • Aiding in the preparation of accrual expenses for month-end reporting.
  • Supporting various projects as required.
  • Maintaining organized and thorough documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Safeguarding the organization's integrity by ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

To qualify, you should be:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program focused on hotel administration, accounting, or related fields.
  • Able to provide a university letter confirming your internship period.
