Position Overview:

As an SAP iXp Intern focusing on Car Fleet Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational strategies for our fleet across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Car Fleet Managers in overseeing a diverse fleet of approximately 430 vehicles across multiple LATAM countries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative fleet strategies, including sustainability initiatives and process automation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for various stakeholders to support management and accounting functions.
  • Manage car leasing agreements and oversee the acquisition of vehicles.
  • Handle daily operational tasks related to fleet management, ensuring a seamless process from vehicle ordering to acquisition.
  • Provide assistance to employees utilizing company vehicles through various communication channels.
  • Act as a liaison with leasing companies, manufacturers, insurance providers, and car dealerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Controlling, and Procurement.
  • Engage in a global work environment, adapting to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Perform additional tasks related to car fleet management as required.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an individual who is proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. You should be passionate about engaging in meaningful projects and possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, with an expected graduation date in mid-2025 or later.
  • Familiarity with vehicle leasing and purchasing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working effectively with colleagues across different locations.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
