Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative professional to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience for Worldcoin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience for Worldcoin.
  • Partner with Market Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Worldcoin's post-expansion strategy.
  • Connect global and local efforts by aligning global visions with local marketing campaigns and identifying findings from regional teams to advise global strategies.
  • Maintain the Worldcoin creative standard and strategic integrity in every execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/creative strategy, strategic consulting, business development, corporate strategy, or related fields - ideally in a fast-growing tech space or high-end consumer brands.
  • Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
  • A strong understanding of local culture, communities, and the best ways to reach them.
