">Tetra Pak is seeking a skilled Global Business Growth Strategist to drive expansion in the Andean region. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in business development and sales, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships.
">Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute strategies to secure new customers and business opportunities across the region
- Lead and motivate a team of Business Development professionals to achieve growth objectives
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering required; MBA preferred
- At least ten years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in business development
- Native Spanish proficiency and excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong understanding of finance, forecasting, and commercial approaches
- Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management, and strategic leadership
