Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new customers and business opportunities across the region
  • Lead and motivate a team of Business Development professionals to achieve growth objectives
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering required; MBA preferred
  • At least ten years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in business development
  • Native Spanish proficiency and excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong understanding of finance, forecasting, and commercial approaches
  • Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management, and strategic leadership
