Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive both inbound and outbound marketing efforts to reach and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing brand presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development and Management: Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, SMS, direct mail, and social media platforms. Create and manage marketing calendars to ensure timely and coordinated campaign execution. Develop compelling artwork and messaging for all marketing efforts to effectively communicate our brand and offerings.

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Use data insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts. Create and curate engaging content to grow our social media following and drive user engagement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
