About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Project Manager to lead and manage our communications projects from conception through completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex communications projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project communications teams in the development and execution of strategic communication plans.
  • Manage project planning, pitching ideas, and overseeing management control to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage scope throughout all phases of the project life cycle, maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports.
  • Lead the execution of multiple projects or manage them directly, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Act as the primary communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field; Project Management certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to PR or marketing for complex projects.
  • 1-2 years of large-scale project management experience with proven success.
  • Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of guiding project teams to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Advanced coordination skills to manage multiple project elements effectively.
  • Keen understanding and adept application of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in applying project management techniques to streamline processes and deliver results.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and comfort working in diverse, large-scale collaborative teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
