Sales Engineer - Territory Development
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales growth in the Central Territory. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for defending the installed base of products, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend the installed base of products and activate new customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve double-digit growth in the Biopharm sector
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Submit weekly sales forecasts and deliver monthly sales quotas
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Industrial Engineer degree
- Entrepreneurial mindset and territory ownership
- Strong customer focus and presence at customer sites
- Value-added selling and consulting selling approach
- Strong sales vocation with 10 years of experience in B2B technical sales of premium products
